Once again, I have just written the ending of a romance novel. This time, it actually ends with the words, "And they lived happily ever after." But there's a good reason for it, and you'll see when you get to read it.
The title of this one is BLAME IT ON THE GHOST. I hope the publisher lets me keep that because I've come to really like it. Here's a snippet of the story for you:
~~Through some sort of mix-up, two writers arrive at a house on Indian Rocks Beach in Florida to spend the summer housesitting for their old college professor. One writes horror, one writes romance, and they're both afraid of love. After some futile attempts to make each other leave, they agree to try cohabitating for the summer. They don't agree to fall in love. That's the work of the ghost who lives there with them. ~~
The next step is to let it settle for a few days, then go back and start polishing. There are so many little things along the way that have to be fixed later. Like, I noticed that I have an abundance of the phrase, "more precisely." What's that all about?
Okay, back to work. For the next few days, I'm working on the light-hearted romance, THE RUNAWAY HEIRESS. More about that one later.
Have a wonderful day!

Can one say that a romance sounds adorably cute, 'cause that's what "Another Happy Ending" sounds like it going to be. Can't wait to read it!
